Problems logging in?

My VUnet ID and e-password do not work to log me in.
  • Please try reentering your VUnet ID and e-password. If that fails, try logging into other Vanderbilt secured resources such as webmail to see if you encounter the same problem.
    • If you do have the problem with other resources, contact ITS.
    • If your VUnet ID and e-password fail only with Interlibrary Loan Service, please for help.
I want to access my Faculty Proxy or shared or alternate account.
  • You can still access your established proxy account. Enter the proxy account number/name instead of the VUnet ID, and enter the proxy account PIN/password instead of the e-password.
( Faculty Proxies May Use Faculty Delivery Service! )

  • If the proxy account ID and password fail, please:
    • for help logging into your existing account, or
    • Use the "Register" button below to create a new account.
I do not have a VUnet ID and e-password.
  • Please try entering the ID you use to log into your Library Catalog account) instead of the VUnet ID, and your Library Catalog password instead of the e-password. (Please note, though, that most users eligible for ILL service will have a valid VUnet ID.)

  • If the catalog ID and password fail, please:
    • for help logging into your existing account, or
    • Use the "Register" button below to create a new account.

Still no access?

Most Vanderbilt users are authenticated for the ILL online system via the VUnet ID, but if necessary, VU faculty, staff, and current students (and their spouses) may register here to establish an account for ILL. Once registered, you will immediately have full access:

[Medical & Nursing community should register through Eskind Biomedical Library.]
